PhotogenX Track Team Leader.
I am leading a team of eight photojournalists on a global mission to document injustices through a non-profit organization called PhotogenX. My responsibilities include the co-ordination of logistics, events and projects throughout our travels to over 14 countries. I help to maintain the well-being of the team through mentorship, health care and assistance with cultural challenges and hardships stemming from the nature of our work. I am responsible for handling the team finances and communications with head leaders. I lead and produce media projects that advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves in order that issues of injustice will be issues of history instead of the future.
